Google Wave Video Showcasing Interface to Developers

As a follow up to my former Google Wave post from the eCampus article earlier, I saw this blog site with the link to a video showcasing the interface from Google PMs assigned to the project. I haven't finished watching the video yet, it's a long one, but thought I'd share the link with you before I forget to blog about it. Well worth watching.

  1. Mahalo for sharing the video. I watched about half (it started buffering when they took a break) and would like to pickup the rest. As always, what Google is doing is pretty forward-thinking. I'm impressed with what Wave has to offer and how collaborative the tool is. It has many implications for document editing and tracking. One thing that they mentioned that I thought was funny is meeting note taking, because it's in real-time everyone can see the notes, edit it, put questions in it (if they weren't physically at the meeting). I also registered for Orkut because they mentioned it and I didn't knwo what it was, Facebook competitor..we'll see :)

  2. I finally had the chance to go back and finish the video. Usually, I can listen to an ongoing video while multitasking and doing other things like email, but not this one. They demo'd so many cool features. I think this really will be the next wave of communication for everyone. Sounds like it has a lot of potential to make life a lot easier.
